What is Capacitive Level Transmitter ?

 Capacitive Level Transmitter Overview:

Smart capacitive level transmitter meter is suitable for the level of conductive and non-conductive liquids(solids) in containers. It uses the capacitance change of the capacitor to measure the liquid level of the medium in the container,and has nothing to do with the temperature,pressure,density,container shape and other parameters of the measured medium, and can output 4–20mA two-wire standard current signals, and superimpose HART protocol signals. It is widely used in chemical industry, petroleum, metallurgy, light industy, food, power, energy and other fields.

Product Features:

1. Two-wire current loop, non-polarity input, current loop and measurement system are isolated;

2. Complies with HART communication protocol and equipped with a dedicated handheld operator;

3. No manual intervention is required for setting on site, automatic calibration, no calibration, and automatic adaptation to changes in the medium;

4. It has the function of accurate and continuous measurement and control of liquid level under all working conditions;

5. High resolution, good measurement linearity, and automatic compensation for measurement temperature drift;

6. Can output 3.8mA or 22mA fault alarm current;

7. Resistant to high temperature, high pressure, and strong corrosion, the probe can work for a long time in an environment of 350°C.
